1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rsgame," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the operating entity behind the website located at https://rsgame.cam and all associated services, platforms, mobile interfaces, and APIs.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the platform, or uses any service provided by rsgame.
• "Account" — the personal account opened by a Player following successful registration and identity verification on the rsgame platform.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile-optimized web application, and all digital interfaces operated under the domain rsgame.cam.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, wagering, promotional, and ancillary services offered by rsgame, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery).
• "Funds" — real money deposited into a Player's Account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on qualifying games before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain platform features.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and related features available within the Player's Account settings.

2. Eligibility

Access to the rsgame platform and its Services is strictly restricted. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person and a resident of Indonesia;
• You are at least 21 years of age. rsgame enforces a strict 21+ age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indonesian law;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions list that would prohibit your participation;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or nominee for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rsgame or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You understand and accept that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Services is lawful.

rsgame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending successful completion of KYC.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account with rsgame. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — including those opened under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified, rsgame reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), a valid personal email address, your date of birth, a mobile number registered in your name, and your residential address in Indonesia. You must notify rsgame promptly of any changes to your registered details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rsgame will never ask for your password via any channel. You must:

• Use a unique, strong password comprising letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notify rsgame support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

rsgame shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on outstanding Bonus Funds.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

rsgame operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at rsgame's discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible, full-color scan or photograph of your valid Indonesian National ID (KTP). The ID must be current (not expired) and the name must match exactly the name on your Account.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie Verification: rsgame may request a live selfie photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face to confirm you are the legitimate Account holder.
• Payment Method Verification: Proof of ownership of the bank account, e-wallet, or payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a bank statement showing your name and account number).

4.2 Processing Time

Standard KYC verification is completed within one (1) to six (6) hours during operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, seven days a week). Submissions received outside these hours are processed the following morning. Complex cases or first-time withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 may require up to twenty-four (24) hours and additional documentation.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rsgame accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• rsgame does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Funds deposited via bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within minutes of bank confirmation. E-wallet deposits are generally instant.
• rsgame reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the source payment method if the source cannot be verified or if the deposit is suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the rsgame platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rsgame does not currently accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To be eligible to withdraw funds, a Player must have: (a) a fully verified Account (KYC completed); (b) a real-money balance available for withdrawal (distinct from Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements); and (c) satisfied any minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen payment method.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are typically processed within one (1) to six (6) hours. First-time withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours due to enhanced security review. Withdrawals above Rp 100.000.000 may be processed in multiple tranches across separate business days for banking compliance purposes.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the rsgame Account. rsgame will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• rsgame reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as part of ongoing AML compliance.
• If a deposit was made but no real-money wager was placed prior to a withdrawal request, rsgame reserves the right to deduct any applicable processing fees before releasing funds.
• rsgame does not guarantee processing times for withdrawals affected by bank system outages, Indonesian public holidays, or regulatory compliance reviews.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. rsgame will notify the registered email address before applying a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts with a real-money balance. Accounts with a zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be archived.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by rsgame are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page as well as the general provisions below. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") on qualifying games before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the p romotion details page.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. As a general guide:

• Slot games: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10–20% contribution;
• Sports betting: 100% contribution on single bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Togel (traditional numbers lottery) draws: 50% contribution;
• Video poker and certain specialty games: 0% contribution — these games do not count toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

rsgame reserves the right to update game contribution rates with reasonable notice. The current rates are always displayed on the Promotions page.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

rsgame employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; systematic exploitation of free spin or cashback offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, rsgame reserves the right to void bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals derived from Bonus Funds, and permanently close the Account.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. rsgame will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 General Rules

All games offered on the rsgame platform operate according to rules published on the individual game pages. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing real-money wagers. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept its rules.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and esports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or result dispute, rsgame will apply industry-standard settlement rules as published in the sportsbook rules section. Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other leagues are settled using official results confirmed by the respective governing bodies.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. rsgame cannot guarantee that a bet will be accepted at a displayed price if market conditions change between submission and confirmation. A bet is only confirmed when a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player. Disputed live bets will be reviewed using server-side timestamp records, which are treated as definitive.

8.4 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or human error that results in an incorrectly displayed odd, game outcome, or credited amount, rsgame reserves the right to void affected bets or correct erroneous credits. rsgame's records shall be the final authority in resolving disputes. Players who knowingly exploit technical errors will have their Accounts suspended.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

rsgame applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event as detailed on individual game and market pages. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum. Players are advised to review applicable limits before placing high-stakes wagers.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rsgame platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, using bots, scripts, or automated betting tools without express written consent from rsgame;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the rsgame platform or its proprietary software;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rsgame staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Allowing minors (individuals under 21 years of age) access to your Account.

10. Responsible Gaming

rsgame is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognize that for a small proportion of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously. All Players must be 21 years of age or older.

rsgame provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted over a specified period before further betting is automatically suspended;
• Session Time Limits: Cap the duration of any single gaming session with an automatic logout notification;
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications summarizing your session duration and net financial position;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months; permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect immediately;
• Self-Assessment Quiz: An anonymous questionnaire to help you evaluate your gambling behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rsgame's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rsgame shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if rsgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, governmental actions, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks outside rsgame's reasonable control;
• Financial losses arising from a Player's own decisions, gambling strategy, or reliance on information published on the platform;
• Third-party payment processor delays, bank system outages, or e-wallet technical failures beyond rsgame's direct control;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate password security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rsgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

rsgame collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, rsgame uses your personal data to: verify your identity and comply with KYC and AML obligations; process deposits and withdrawals; provide customer support; send promotional communications (where you have opted in); and fulfill legal and regulatory reporting requirements. rsgame does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the rsgame platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Personal data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

13. Amendments

rsgame reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rsgame will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, notifying registered Players via email to their registered address.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rsgame holds its operating license.

rsgame operates under an internationally recognized gaming license. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local regulations and agree that they access the platform at their own risk and in accordance with all applicable laws of their jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through rsgame's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as designated by rsgame from time to time. The language of arbitration shall be English.

For player disputes, rsgame operates an internal complaints procedure.
